Highly Satisfied Service in Singapore:
I mostly order online supplements from them, the delivery, packaging is top notch. Further they make sure to include promo gifts with high order value. Their in store staff in multiple locations in SG are also really helpful.
I see lot of negative comments for US location, probable they need to improve their service there as in SG we mostly prefer GNC.
Heartbroken to See GNC Leave Canada:
I’ve been a loyal GNC customer for years — from my time living in Montreal all the way to Toronto. GNC was always my go-to place for high-quality supplements, especially their protein powders, which not only had amazing flavor but also delivered real results.
I was truly saddened to hear that GNC is shutting down its operations in Canada. It’s heartbreaking to witness yet another trusted brand disappear from the Canadian market.
I really hope there will still be a way to order GNC products from the U.S. without excessive import fees. GNC will definitely be missed by many of us who relied on their consistency and quality.

wow!
wow. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I placed an order 3/17/26 and as of 4/11/26, it still hasn’t been shipped–not even processed!! Of course, I can’t get a live person to help and they charged me within minutes of placing the ordersfor the product. This is the WORST on-line company I’ve ever dealt with.
Refund
As we went to store to buy the products but store doesn’t had those products, so the store manager order for us, as soon as we received the package one of the bottle has a expiry date of February 2026. When we put to attention of GNC, GNC never refunded the whole amount today is March 4th but still GNC didn’t resolve the issue. GNC refuse to give us full refund of 19.99+ tax.
